Return Period
You can request a return within 20 days of receiving your order for the following reasons:
- Dissatisfaction with the product.
- Size issues (too big/small).
- Product damage.
- Product does not match the ordered item.
- Missing items from the package, etc.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@italiancolection.store to notify us of your intention to return the product. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging or equivalent to prevent damage during transit.
- Clearly mark the return authorization number (RAN) on the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned product or, if requested by you, we may offer a credit towards a future purchase.
Non-Refundable Cases
We reserve the right not to refund in the following cases:
- Damaged product or missing original packaging.
- Missing return code and/or order number.
- Unauthorized returns or returns made after the deadline.
Damaged or Non-Compliant Products
For damaged or non-compliant products, a return request must be made within 20 days of receipt. Please describe the damage in detail and attach photos. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. Users must initiate a return request for the product they wish to return and create a new order.
Non-Delivery of Orders
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days from the date of shipment. Orders returned to us due to non-delivery will be refunded, but return costs and customs duties will be charged to the user.
